By accessing or using any part of the Relayer.fi website, APIs, products, developer tools, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Eligibility and Access: You must be at least 18 years old to use Relayer.fi. Use of the Services may be restricted in jurisdictions where self-custodial digital asset infrastructure or DeFi access is prohibited. You're responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to any user for any reason.

Nature of Services: Relayer provides self-custodial infrastructure that enables businesses to create and manage digital wallets, interact with third-party DeFi protocols (e.g., swaps, yield, lending), and define policies for transaction approvals. Relayer does not custody user funds, hold private keys, or act as a financial intermediary. All transactions must be approved and signed by the user or their integrated wallet provider.

Using Relayer.fi: When using our Services, you grant us the right to process your data as needed to provide analytics and reporting. Don't use Relayer.fi for illegal activities, infringe on others' rights, upload malicious code, access others' accounts, or interfere with our Services. Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan.

Compliance and Local Laws: Users are responsible for complying with local laws, including but not limited to AML, CFT, and tax regulations. Integrators are encouraged to use compliance tools, including KYT/AML providers, to monitor wallet activity.

Fees and Billing: You agree to pay for your selected subscription plan (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Relayer may charge for API usage, execution volume, or integrations with specific modules. Any pricing will be outlined in separate commercial agreements or pricing documentation. You are responsible for any gas fees or blockchain-related costs incurred during usage.

Data and Privacy: You own your data. We do not collect personal identifiable information unless voluntarily provided. By using Relayer.fi, you give us permission to host and process it solely to provide our Services to you. We may collect anonymized usage data to improve our platform. Intellectual Property: Relayer.fi and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All content, code, and documentation provided by Relayer.fi is protected by intellectual property laws. If you provide feedback, we can use it without restriction.

Termination:You may stop using Relayer.fi anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if providing Relayer.fi to you is no longer commercially viable. We'll store your data for 60 days after termination.

Limitation of Liability: Relayer.fi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. You use the Services at your own risk.

Disclaimers: Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for 99.9% uptime but aren't liable for service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of our Services.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Legal Matters: These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
